However, there can be a maximum of 2 names on each account for several reasons. If the primary account holder chooses to purchase the secondary name upgrade, they may add a 2nd name to appear on every reservation they make, which allows either individual to pick up the tickets.

Once you become a member (join now!) log on to your account and click "get tickets". There are two ways you can find out what is available. Members may log on to the site 24/7 and provide their user name and password, then click on the link that says "get tickets". Remember, we are not a reservations system, and there may be times we do not have any shows/events to offer.
Once we receive the tickets and offers we post them to our site for our members, like you, to reserve. First, it is important to remember that we are not a reservations system, rather, we offer tickets if, and when, our generous partners make them available. And quite honestly, there may be times no one wants to give us tickets. Maybe there is a convention in town or it is a holiday and the shows are very busy. Tickets may be picked up ONLY by the house seats member whose name appears on their own account. If a secondary name upgrade option has been purchased, then the secondary individual appearing on the account certainly may also pick up the tickets.

Renewing your membership adds on an additional year's worth of membership from the date you initially joined house seats. Members that renew prior to their expiration date receive a discount for doing so. Unless you can be at two places at one time (don't even try to tell us you can!) we don't allow members to book two shows (within a three and a half hour window of each other) on the same date.
